Venue

The Nottingham Belfry Hotel is a modern hotel on the outskirts of Nottingham. The hotel has leisure facilities including a heated pool, spa pool, sauna and steam room which is available for use by residential delegates at the conference. There is WiFi access in public areas. Free car-parking is available at the hotel including 6 accessible parking spaces close to the hotel entrance. There are several grassed areas suitable for guide dogs.

There is level entrance to the hotel. The public areas including the bars, restaurant and conference suite have level access. The swimming pool and spa, which is on the first floor has lift access.

The Oaks Bar and Lounge, featuring Costa Coffee, is located just off the hotel foyer.

Room Keys are available from 2pm. On the day of departure, rooms should be vacated by 11 am. Luggage storage facilities are available at Reception.

By Road

From M1 Motorway J26

From J26, take the A610 towards Nottingham for half a mile, keep in the right hand lane. At the roundabout take the last turning off, A6002 (Woodhouse Way) to Stapleford/Strelley. Travel for three quarters of a mile, you will see the hotel on the right as you approach a roundabout, take the last exit (Mellor’s Way) and the hotel is on the right.

From the Centre of Nottingham

Pick up the A610 (to M1 north/Eastwood/Ripley) from the ring-road. Continue on the A610 until half a mile from J26, M1. At the roundabout take the second turning off, A6002 (Woodhouse Way) to Stapleford/Strelley. Travel for three quarters of a mile, you will see the hotel on the right as you approach a roundabout, take the last exit (Mellor’s Way) and the hotel is on the right.

Airport

The closest airport is Nottingham East Midlands Airport, approximately 15 miles from the hotel.

Train Station

The closest train station is Nottingham central Station, which is operated by Central Trains and Midland Mainline.
NADP will be providing mini-bus transport to the venue between 8 am and 9.30 am on the morning of Thursday 2nd July.
